First Aid

Last night for Young Women we learned about First Aid. One of the girl's brother is an EMT or something like that. We are getting ready for girls camp (my last year tear tear) and this is one of the things we have to learn. I am already CPR certified and all that Jazz so it was fun to watch the other girls think of answers that I thought were common sense. I think I will just try my best to not get injured in any way at camp and not test if they remember what to do. But accidents do happen... oh well whatever.

I realized I might as well tell you what happened on my date so I don't get a hundred more questions. He (his name is Russell) picked me up and took me bowling, which was funny because he has no idea how to bowl. After watching him bowl gutter balls the first like 3 frames I taught he how to bowl correctly. I still creamed him though... it was like 83 to 50 (never said I was a good bowler myself). Then we went to his house, played games, ate pizza, and watched a movie. His parents were out of town so one of is 4 older brothers (and their wives) had to be there to "keep an eye" on us. They both feel asleep during the movie though, it was funny. It was fun and he was a perfect gentle man to me. I still miss Chris though so it was a little hard.

Saturday night I went to Production's (school drama class) musical review, which is where they take songs from different musicals and make a new musical with them. It was hilarious and I learned that some of the kids I've known since middle school have amazing singing voices. They did a great job, like they usually do and left the audience in awe.

That is pretty much my life right now... really rather boring at the moment. Graduation is coming and with that the end of a lot of things, like special needs mutual and well school. I don't know what I will do with myself; I will so much more time on my hands. In 22 days I will be 18! It all seems to be happening so fast. It feels like last month that I was a scared little Sophomore lost in the halls.
